Can I host a site about adult topics, hacking, cracking, etc.?
No. As stated in our Terms of Service, we do not allow adult, illegal, or highly offensive content.

Do you support all domain extensions?
Yes. We support all extensions, such as ".ca" or ".de". If you can register it, we can host it.

Will I be able to access my domain with and without the www?
Yes, you will be able to access your site through "http://yourname.com" and "http://www.yourname.com".

Can you register my domain for me?
At the moment we do not offer domain registration, although we do plan on adding this soon. For the time being, we recommend purchasing domain names through GoDaddy.

What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are taken through PayPal, our secure payment provider. (Note that you do not need a PayPal account to order.) PayPal allows you to make payments via credit card, bank account transfer, or your existing PayPal balance.

Will you be regularly backing up my site?
Yes, we make daily backups of our clients' sites. However, you are nevertheless responsible for keeping a copy of your site on your computer. There are many instances in which we may not be able to restore your site (for example: fires, our network being hacked, or your account being deleted), and we cannot guarantee that we would be able to restore all of your data (no web host can), and it is best that you have a backup just in case.

How long will it take for my account to be set up?
Although accounts are normally set up within 24 hours, it occasionally takes up to 48 hours.

Do you have a large file I can download to test the speed of your servers?
Sure! We have nothing to hide. Click here to download the first three million digits of Pi.
